You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 999p. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Age is verified before any withdrawal is processed. If 999p identifies an underage account at any point, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be withheld in line with the Terms and Conditions.

No. Each person may only hold one active account on 999p. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in all linked accounts being permanently closed. To permanently close your 999p account, email support@999p.run with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Our team will process the closure after verifying your identity. Any balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method before closure. If you are considering closure due to problem gambling, please consider self-exclusion as an alternative — it offers the same protection with the option to return later.

999p supports three login methods — email, Pakistani mobile number and username. If you have forgotten your username, you can log in using your registered email address or mobile number instead. Select the relevant tab on the login page. If you have also forgotten which email or mobile you used, contact support with your full name and CNIC for identity verification.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. Once enabled, each login from a new device will require a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number before access is granted. As a standard anti-fraud measure, 999p requires withdrawals to be sent back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, the first withdrawal should go back to your Easypaisa account. If a cricket match is officially abandoned without a result — due to rain, bad light or other reasons — all affected bets at 999p are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance.
